It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Meininger (Dunklee) Wells of Golden Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Deborah leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dwight; her daughter Michelle Zimmerman (Jeff Anderson); her granddaughter Lauren Zimmerman of Maple Grove, MN.; her sister Dawn Rennich (Jim) of Prior Lake, MN; her stepchildren, Perry Wells (Nicole) of Golden Valley, MN and Jody Wells of Buffalo, MN; and her parents, Eugene Ellis and Betty Jean Dunklee (Norris). She was also cherished by nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Deborah requested that donations be made to the Animal Humane Society, reflecting her lifelong love for dogs and her deep support for the Humane Society's mission.
