He is survived by: his friends, Marty America, Don and JoAnne Abrams; his wife Libertine; his sister Mary; his children, Paul Schmitz (Nong Yang), David Schmitz and Julia Schmitz Heaney (Joe Heaney); his mother-in-law Aurora Reyes; his siblings-in-law, Maricor, George Tonka, Roberto Almazora, Sol Reyes, Aristotle, Ellen Reyes, Joel, Cecille Reyes, Katherine, Alan Gementiza and Ulysses Reyes; RJ Almazora, Jerome Casaclang, Paula Almazora, Alexis Reyes, Alyson Reyes, Jilliane Reyes, Robby Almazora, Kyle Gementiza, Kendrick Gementiza, Jao Reyes and Ryleigh Quinn Casaclang. He is also survived by his family and friends.
