With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Brian Nelson of Golden Valley, Minnesota, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey Brian Nelson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Nelson and Jane Nelson; his sister Claudia Nelson; and his brother-in-law Rick Nisleit. He is survived by: his stepmother Bobbie Nelson; his brother-in-law Jeff Spanel; and his siblings, Douglas Nelson (Alison Jones), Stephanie Schmit (Steve), Charlotte Nisleit and Gregory Nelson (Kathy). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glen Haven Chapel (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
