He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sandmann and Florence Sandmann (Tonsager); his brother Larry; his nephew Mark; and also, Larry and Georgieann.
He is survived by: his significant other Richard Kelley; his sister Betty Nelson of Webster; his nieces and nephews, James, Timothy, Kimberly and Kristine; his sister-in-law Roxanna; and also, Jason, Nicholas, Sarah, Carrie, Kayla, Lily, Ashton, Avery, Donna, Nancy and John. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (4376 41st St W, Webster, MN 55088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
