Tobin (Golden Valley, Minnesota), born in New Richmond, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcolm and Peggy; and his sisters, Mary Fleming and Patricia Tobin Joyce. He is survived by : his wife Florence "Sukey"; and his children, Terry (Terri), Tracy York (Mark), Scott (Carla) and Sean (Carol). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
