He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, David (Lucy) and Laura Lee (Nathan); his grandchildren, Miri, Jonathan (Julia), Rebecca (Nathaniel), Andrea (Kenzo), Andrew and Matthew; his brothers, Dale (Diane) and Roy Lofquist (Ethel); and his sister-in-law Carole Behnke.
