He was predeceased by : his stepfather Jeffery Vang; and his grandparents, Midge, William Amadick, Wayne Simonette, Robert Hasher and Jackie Holmquist (Arnie).
He is survived by : his wife Katrina Kupka; his children, Alex and Olivia; his parents, Susan and William; his siblings, Bradley and Rachael (Ewings); and his grandmother LaVina Hasher. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
