He is survived by: his children, Dr. Paul Swanson and Susan Jensen (Corey); his grandchildren, Shaylee Kalivoda (Brandon) and Tanner Jensen (Reed); and his great grandchildren, Knox, Banks Kalivoda, Palmer and Halston Jensen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edina Chapel (5000 W 50th St, Edina, MN 55436). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
