He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Nelson and Morris "Curly" Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Smothers); his sister Susan Mills; his daughters, Julie and Rachel (Olson); his children-in-law, Nancy Floyd and Chad Olson; his grandsons, Dylan, Myles and Zachary Olson; and his pets, Laci and Sierra.
