We bid farewell to Mark B. Birr of Good Thunder, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 11, 2025 at the age of 69. Mark touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Birr and Louise P. Birr (Welsh); his brother Stephen; his father-in-law Roland Kunz; and his nieces, Lana Nassan and Michelle Straumann.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Kunz; his children, Bernhard "Ben" Birr (Jodi) of Good Thunder, Melissa Danks (Rob) of North Mankato and Angela Andreen (Jason) of Janesville; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Wyatt Birr, Robert, Hannah Danks, Aiden, Emily and Zachary Andreen; his sisters, Kathy Hanson (Curt) of Good Thunder and Julie Marvin (Lee) of Princeton; his mother-in-law Beata Kunz of Mapleton; and his siblings-in-law, Melissa Birr of Easton, Gary Kunz (Nancy) of Le Center and Carol Bissonette (Curt Lund) of North Mankato. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John Lutheran Church, Maple River Food Shelf, American Cancer Society, or the Good Thunder Fire Department.
