With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Quiggle (Goodhue, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Petersmeyer and Ruth Petersmeyer; and her stepfather Harland Wille. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Deb Thomforde (Karl) of Northfield, Doug (Elmer) of Rwanda, Linda Meyer of Coon Rapids and Mike (Alyssa) of Rochester; her brothers, Larry Petersmeyer (Janet) of Kenyon, Paul Petersmeyer (Carol) of Prior Lake and Gary Petersmeyer (Mary) of Nerstrand; and her stepsiblings, Lynne Scherer of Bloomington and Kevin Wille (Jackie) of Nerstrand. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Lutheran Church (102 N 4th St, Goodhue, MN 55027). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
