He was predeceased by: his father Paul Johnson (Rosie). He is survived by: his mother Ethel Johnson (Kragnes); his former wife Rosie Cukla; his wife Stacey; his siblings, Susan Holtz (Joe), Mark Johnson (Robin) and Teresa Bragg (Steve); and his children, Kyler Hawsen (Kelly), Kalli Hawkins and Brennan Hawkins (Kaitlynn). He is also survived by grandchildren.
