With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Amato of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anne Amato to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse F. George and Isabel F. George (Olson); her husband Joseph Amato; and her siblings, Tom West, Richard George, Bess Hammond, Bonnie LaFrenierre and Nancy Rudd.

She is survived by : her children, Randy Amato (Debra) and Renee Taylor (James); her grandchildren, Megan, Nicole Amato, Isabel, Joey and Henry Taylor; her brothers, Andrew George (Linda) and Timothy George (Beth); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Mattson, Rick Rudd, Bob Amato and Terry Mejdrich. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Balsam Bible Chapel (41516 Scenic Hwy, Bovey, MN 55709). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
