It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Handsuch of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on October 10, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Beckers and Elva Beckers; her husband Stanley F. Handsuch; her siblings, David, Bert and Valerie; and her grandson Isaac Heil.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Speikers (Julie), David Speikers (Melissa Doolittle) and Duane Speikers (Lisa); her stepchildren, Lawrence Handsuch (Edith) and Patti Heil DeLuca (Troy Summers); her grandchildren, Christopher, Joseph (Stephanie), Devin, Alec, Samantha, Ethan and Grace; her stepgranddaughter Chiara; and her siblings, June Schultz (Richard), Loretta Ahola, Norman Beckers and Raymond Beckers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hill City Assembly of God (102 Lake Ave, Hill City, MN 55748). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery-Duluth (4777 US-53, Saginaw, MN 55779).
