She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Bergdahl and Elsie Bergdahl (Carlson); her husband James W. Lyons Jr.; her siblings, Floyd, Joyce, Veora, Raymond and Marlene; and her sons-in-law, Neil Welman and Major Greig.
She is survived by: her daughters, LaRayne Welman of Littleton, CO, Kathleen Selmser (Michael) of Grand Rapids, MN, Marcia Greig of Grand Rapids, MN, Janice Meyer (Marvin) of Rockford, MN and Joanne Walter (Michael) of Granby, CT. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (2901 US-169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Itasca-Calvary Cemetery (1700 US-169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744).
