He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adkins and Marie Adkins (Barten); his girlfriend Patricia Cook; and his siblings, Ron, Johnny, Roger and Irene.
He is survived by: his stepson Michael Cook; and his siblings, JoAnn Rancourt (William), Linda Scepurek, Betty Scepurek, Pete Adkins (Jean), James Adkins and Ralph Adkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
