He was predeceased by: his wife Janet. He is survived by: his children, David Overlee (Deb) of Cohasset and Nikki LaPlant (Todd) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Emma (Blake), Erik, Jake, Kelsi, Drew (Megan), Braya and Colby; and his great grandchildren, Averi, Sadie and Henry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rowe Funeral Home (510 NW 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Itasca-Calvary Cemetery (US-169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744).
