He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Trombley and Marion Trombley (Prouty); his wife Carmen (Brinkhaus); and his sister Margaret Ann Trombley. He is survived by: his sons, Vernon John Trombley (Belinda) and James Trombley; his grandchildren, Catherine Trombley (Sam Hansen) and Logan Trombley (Letícia); and his brothers, James Trombley (Pat) and Richard Trombley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gathering Rowe Funeral Home (510 NW 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). The military honors will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (5125 W Broadway, Crystal, MN 55429). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wicked Wort Brewing Company (4165 W Broadway, Robbinsdale, MN 55422).
