Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor "Joy" Bullock Dunning; his stepfather Glenn Dunning; his grandmothers, Jannette and Daisy Bullock (Cash); his uncle Richard Bullock; and his close friend Scott Paine.
He is survived by: his children, Sam Mentges (Voges), Shawntay Voges, David Olson-Iverson and Jarah Voges; his father Richard "Dick" Voges; his siblings, Kim Flinck, Lynn Ranger, Rick Voges and Tim Voges; his aunt McNew; and his former wife Rebecca "Becky" Rasche (Anne Anderson). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
