She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Tavis; her son Austun Tavis; her granddaughter Laelynn Tavis; her grandparents, Lloyd, Ethel Ludtke, Wardell and Hermina Domes; and her father-in-law Richard Tavis.
She is survived by: her parents, John Domes and Joleen Domes; her daughters, Amber Kline (Randy) and Aaryn Forst (Neal); her sisters, Jill Sharaga (Steve) and Jeren Porter (Darris); her grandchildren, Adrian, Aric Kline, Mason, Montgomery and June Forst; and her mother-in-law Phyllis Tavis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
