She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvid Puttonen and Edna Puttonen; and her siblings, Janice, Carol, Dennis and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Bok (Tami) and Candace Bok (Victor Etlick); her brothers, Alan Puttonen (Polly), Geary Puttonen (Mary) and Ken Puttonen (Cindy); her grandchildren, Amber Bok (Daniel Hruska), Andrew Bok and Adam Bok; and her close friends, Louise Tunkel and Kim Bok.
