Lois Bendix Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Bendix of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hibler and Agnes Hibler; and her sister-in-law Debbe Hibler. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hornick (Bryon) and Terri Laugen (Lisa); her siblings, Judi Strege (Jim) and Karl Hibler; her nieces and nephews, Jacob (Deb), Jason (Karey), Jessica Strege, Isabelle Strege, Abby Strege and Cade Strege; her grandchildren, Ryan Laugen, Shyranda Hornick and Shamara Hornick; her great grandchildren, Colton Laugen, Everett Gitter and Vienna Gitter; and her pets, Tucker, Harley, Cooper, Oreo and Squeaker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (501 16th St NW, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations to St. Andrews Church in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
