He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Coyer and Orrilla Coyer (Bathke); his wife Joan Wickstrom; his daughter Lynne Panci (Joe); and his brothers, Burt Coyer and Gene Coyer.
He is survived by: his daughter Gayle Coyer; his son-in-law Joe Panci; and his sister-in-law Shirley Coyer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (2901 US-169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
