We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2025, at the age of 85, Richard Engen of Grand Rapids, Minnesota passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Engen (Mike) and Jeanette Engen; and his brother Bruce Engen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Andrews); his children, Robin Lucas (Mike), Mike Engen (Sue) and Greg Engen (Tonja); his brothers, Dean Engen (Debra) and Howard Engen (Vel); and his grandchildren, Erin, Ryan, Mychal Lynn, Caitlin, Nick, Zach, Ben and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (101 3rd Ave SE, Remer, MN 56672). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
