He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jay and David. He is survived by: his children, Tim, Steve (Joni), Andy (Chris) and Liz (John Koehler); and his grandchildren, Carissa, Alex, Amanda, Eric, Suzanna, Tony, Mia and Ashley. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
