She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wass and Minnie Wass; her husband Erick Carlson; and her siblings, Willard Wass, Clinton Wass, Clayton Wass, Anton Wass, Archie Wass and Pauline Johannes.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Silbernagel (Tim), Sherry Weis (Mike) and Curt Carlson; her grandchildren, Andrew Silbernagel (Jennica), Elizabeth Silbernagel, Ashley Butler (Phil) and Travis Weis (Jacqueline); her great grandchildren, Addilyn, Carter, Noah Silbernagel, Viola Weis and Amaria Butler; and her siblings, Carol Shanks and William Wass Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Memorials may be directed to Great Tails Animal Rescue and Moments Hospice in honor of Viola's love for animals and appreciation for the care she received.
