She is survived by: her children, Brenda Gates of Maynard, MN, Kirby Schmidt of Renville, MN and Douglas Jr. Schmidt (Darla) of Montevideo, MN; her grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth (Michael), Garrett, Dustin, Crystal, Nathan, Carrie, Chelsea and Jasen; her great grandchild Bexley; her siblings, Ina Geske, Richard Geske (Karen), Wayne Geske, Naomi Polzin (Bob), Pat Geske (Janice), Ronnie Geske (Claire), Cynthia Steinbeisser (Bob), Glenn Geske and Nelia Gary; and her sisters-in-law, Julie Steffen (Kerry), Linda Bestland and Jetta Schmidt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
