We announce the death of Gordon Kasel of Granite Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 87. Gordon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kasel and Leona Kasel of Vermillion, Minnesota.; his siblings, Mary Kasel, Dick Kasel (Cay) and Diana Vielbig; and his parents-in-law, Helmer and Luella.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Ike; his brother Dwain Kasel (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Angie Ike (Monica Granrud) and Tammy Even (Glenn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
