He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Granite Falls; his children, Angela Hammer (John Grimes) of Seward, Tracy Hammer (Mike Kontz) of Granite Falls and Brett Hammer (Diana) of Granite Falls; his grandchildren, Coty Beck (Jean), Shelah Grimes (Steven Adkins), Dylan Beck (Marissa Amor-Hegna), Kylie Grimes, Ethan Kontz, Keaunna Oaks (Jeremy), Cherish Hammer and Brayton Hammer; his great grandchildren, Landen Beck, Layken Beck, Lawsen Beck, Jaxson Grimes and Jude Beck; his sister Jean Schultz of Montevideo; his sisters-in-law, Becky Nelson-Quinata (Tony) of Helendale, Mary Hammer of Granite Falls and DeLisa Johnson of North Augusta; Marvin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
