She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Muellenbach and Helen Muellenbach (Gebhardt); her husband Alan Stevermer; her daughters, Carla and Lori; her daughter-in-law Dianne; and her brother Peter Muellenbach.

She is survived by: her children, Guy, Patrick (Denise), Ann (John), Paul, Dona (Jim), Matthew (Marie) and Ben; and her sister Marian Itzen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
