He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Mike (Cassie) and Jon (Heidi); his grandchildren, Megan, Justin, Abby Thoma and Parker Yates; his sister Mary Thoma; and his sister-in-law Donna Thoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
