He is survived by: his mother Ruth DeSaer (Versaevel); his stepfather Richard; his wife Melanie Baures (Anderson); his children, Jon, Charlie and Jack Baures; his father Butch Baures; his siblings, Kristeen Paradis (Jake), Alisa DeSaer (Von Mims), Tyler DeSaer and Kim Mohan (Darrin); his mother-in-law Jeanie Anderson; and his sisters-in-law, Mindy Hagen (Nick) and Missy Mielke (Jason). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and step-siblings.
