We announce the death of Alvin Sather (Greenbush, Minnesota), who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 88. Alvin will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sather and Deborah Sather (Graff); his wife Marcie (Marcie); his brother Dean (Marcie); his sister-in-law Carmen Sather; and his sister Eunice Korczak.
He is survived by: his children, Aldyn Sather (Brenda), Rick Sather (Trish) and Tracy Halbakken (Nathan); his brother Clark Sather (Sandra); and his brother-in-law Felix Korczak. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
