Nina Austin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nina Austin in Greenbush, Minnesota, who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sorteberg and Clara Sorteberg; her siblings, Inez (Helmer Solom), Muriel (Kenneth Hagen), Ardell (Charles Snare), Russell Sorteberg, Chester Sorteberg and Arville Sorteberg; her brother-in-law Allan Dallum; her parents-in-law, Emery and Laura Austin; her siblings-in-law, Jean Walker and Walter Pederson; and her granddaughter Jamie Lynne Finco.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam, Marcie, Julie, Lisa and Lori; her grandchildren, Lindsey Meech (Josh), Andy Finco (Jessie Malen), Whitney Finco, Tayler Anderson (Joe), Abbi Noah, Ashton Walsh, Ben Noah, Cole Strem (Bill Tamlyn), Tye Strem (Alyssa Krenke), MacKenzie Strem (Ryan Brown), Macy Strem, Alex Johnson (Hallie Clark), Christian Johnson (Lauren Imhoff), Nathan Rich and Aaron Rich (Kara); her great grandchildren, Griffin, Walker Meech, Noa, Sunday Finco, Banks Anderson, Sawyer, Ozzie, Lulu Panusuk, Hudson Noah, Teaghan Strem, Navy Strem, Nova Schubert and Natalie Rich; her sister Carol Dallum; her sisters-in-law, Clarice Sorteberg, Donna Sorteberg and Carol Pederson; and her grandchild Kenzie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
