He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Chase and Darlene Chase (Sutton). He is survived by: his wife Gwen Marshall; his son Matthew Chase (Kristle); his grandchildren, Shelby, Eleanor and Madalyn; and his siblings, Sharlene Holmquist (Larry), Mike Chase (Karen), Jon Chase and Harley Chase (Kristi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Trinity Church for a future play ground or Grove City CARE.
