He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Finney of Halstad and Shelley Finney (Quam) of West Fargo; his friend Curt Scherf; his wife Emily; his sons, Luke and Mitchell; his brother Mark Finney (Michele); his parents-in-law, Kim, Tom Hemberger, Gregg and Pam Holte; and his siblings-in-law, Kristi Melting (Jeremy), Cristy Francis (Andy), Mark Hemberger, Jamie Hemberger (Amber), Jeremy Paulsrud (Dawn), Josie Holte (Ryan Ambuehl), Abbie Wignes (Craig), Nicholas Paulsrud (Lakken) and Michael Holte (Erin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Tony Sipe Baseball Field Improvement Project. '.
