We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2025, at the age of 74, Gary Olson of Ham Lake, Minnesota, born in Vancouver, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claris Olson and Lillie Olson (Curtis); his son Dan; his brother Curt; and his nephew Joel.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Lisa Hughes (Kirk) and Kristy Callies (Larry Forseth); his daughter-in-law Sami Rice (Eric); his grandchildren, Joshua (Lauren), Michael, Jon, Kaitlyn, Emily, Dane, Caleb (Jenna), Abby, James, Miranda, Abraham and Luke; and his siblings, Linda (Michael), Cheryl and David (Belinda).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ramsey Fire Station (15050 Armstrong Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN 55303).
