He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucetta Mayers and Leonard Mayers of St. Joe, MN; and his brothers, Fred, Gerald (Ann) and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Maria (Scott Erickson), Paula (Brian Sahlstrom) and Monica Big Lake (Kyle Johnson); and his siblings, Tom Mayers, Mary Jo Ebertowski (David), Bob Mayers St (Alice) and Dennis Mayers. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
