He was predeceased by: his father James Olson; his grandparents, Aloysius, Edith McNamara, Earl, Mary Ellen Flynn, Walter and Mini Olson; his stepgrandmother Hazel Olson; and his godfather Jack White.
He is survived by: his mother LaDonna Olson (McNamara); his daughter Carlie Hoffman; his stepdaughter Kara Reich (Nicholas); his grandson Luka; and his sisters, Lynette, Barbara Peterson (Randall), Cheryl Matsch (Jarrod) and Loretta Karnes (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
