We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Carol A. Herrmann (Hastings, Minnesota). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Horihan and Frances Horihan; her husband Richard; her siblings, Rosemary Rucker, Marlene Dannecker, Patricia Francis and Joseph Horihan; and her grandson-in-law Drew Bloomquist.

She is survived by : her children, Sue Bohlken, Sandy Hays (Kevin), Mary Ritter (Mitch), John Herrmann (Shelley), Ann Vorwald (Dan) and Jim Herrmann (Brenda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2035 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55033). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be directed to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
