He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles N. Curtis and Esther Curtis (Graham); his siblings, Dorothy Leeds, Fred Curtis and Richard Curtis; and his niece LuDawn Curtis.
He is survived by : his wife Maye; and his children, Pam Curtis, Tammy Acosta (Victor) and Paul Curtis (Kari). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
