He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Latch and Dorothy Latch (Harkcom); his wife Sandy; and his son Paul William Latch. He is survived by: his daughters, Suellen Forrest (Chad) and Tina Seekon (Brad); his grandchildren, Cody Russell (Amara), Jesse Russell, Paige Seekon, Hayley Latch, Dallas Latch and Sandra Latch (Michael); his great grandchildren, Piper Latch and Elaina Brennan; and his brother Don Latch (Katherine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in memory of Radar.
