Frances E. Haugley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances E. Haugley of Hastings, Minnesota, who passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dekart and Eva Dekart; her stepmother Katie; her husband Joel; her sons, Scott Platson and Jeffrey Platson; her granddaughters, Monica Sue Haugley and Sheila Glasby; and her siblings, Carly, Ben, Aggie, Theresa, Joseph and Frank.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Platson Sr.; and her children, Richard Jr. (Sheri), Luann, Ron, Mark (Deanna), Tom and Francine (John). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
