He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hofstedt and Irene Hofstedt; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his children, Laurie (Randy), Kurt (Jill), Ami (Kevin) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Alicia, Franny, Heather, Jenise, Daniel and Douglas; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Calvin, Brooke and Bode; and his siblings, Thomas (Sharon) and Robert (Lynne). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
