He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Westergaard and Nels Westergaard; and his siblings, Carol Wilkens and Donald Westergaard. He is survived by: his children, Susan O'Connell (John) and Mark Kristin Wannebo (Amy); and his siblings, Alyce Stellberg, Len Westergaard and Margie Westergaard. He is also survived by grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
