We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Gerald Peterson of Hastings, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Caryl Peterson and Milton Peterson. He is survived by: his son Daniel Peterson; his wife Carmen; his daughter Rachael Irene Peterson (Kelly Peterson) of Victoria, MN.; his sister Marcia VanVleet; his mother-in-law Irene Couch; his grandchildren, Melanie Matheson (Tim) of Circle Pines, MN, Kali Peterson and Abby Anderson (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Mabel Mathesen and Colter Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, their spouses, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
My mom does love flowers and would also encourage folks to donate to Superior Hospice Care and Hastings Family Services.
