Though Irene has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Kolles and Clara Kolles (Becker); her husband Alphonse Theis; and her brother Sylvester Kolles. She is survived by: her children, Lucinda Findlay, David Theis (Marie), Deborah Theis (Steve Jones), Karen Knoll (Chip) and Barbara Cobenais (Joseph Fuchs); and her siblings, Sister Anita Kolles, Kathleen Knapp and Gordon Kolles. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
