He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Polglase and Bernadine Polglase (Gergen); and his wife Verle Rose. He is survived by : his daughters, Dana DeHaan (Johnny) and Kimberly Polglase; his grandsons, Matthew, Jacob DeHaan and Christopher Hartman; and his sister Linda Polglase. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to allergies, Jim's family kindly requests no flowers be sent to the service.
