Janet (Marthaler) Grosse Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 4, 2020, at the age of 69, Janet (Marthaler) Grosse of Hastings, Minnesota, born in West Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet (Marthaler) Grosse to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Marthaler and Rosemary Marthaler (Fitzgerald); her siblings, Kathleen Peine and George J. Marthaler; her brother-in-law Kevin Dodge; her niece Lisa Marthaler; her brother-in-law Chuck Dougherty; her father-in-law Robert Grosse; and her great-nieces, Sydney Wagner and Scarlet Wagner.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Grosse; her children, Larry Grosse II, Robert Grosse (Thea), Lori Jacobson (Jeremy) and Katie Burley (Mike); her grandchildren, Benjamin Bailey, Ashton Grosse, Kelsey Jacobson, Lucyana DeWitt, Charlotte Burley and Ezra Burley; her siblings, Dennis Marthaler (Marilyn), Rosemary Dougherty, Nancy Dodge, Debra Marthaler, Pamela Wagner (John), Mary Schneider (Roy) and James Marthaler (Yvette); her siblings-in-law, Jerry Peine and JoAnn Marthaler; her mother-in-law Marilyn Grosse; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Stevens (Jerry) and Becky Plaas (Fred). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hastings Family Service, Hastings Sharks, or to the donor's choice in her memory.
