It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan C. Grier (Hastings, Minnesota), who passed away at the age of 93, on November 29, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Langenfeld and Lovejoy; her husband James Grier; her children, Sue Peterson, Johanna Perry and John Grier; her grandson Jeffrey Perry; her son-in-law Mark Peterson; and her siblings, John, Maureen and Mary Gayle.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Matsch, Scott Grier (Sharon), Jill Brandt (Wayne), Brigitte Frandrup (Jerry) and Shannon Brandt (Fred); her son-in-law Bruce Perry; her brothers, Bob (Heidi), Tom, Mike (Nancy), David (Michelle) and Dan Langenfeld; and her close friend Susan Tate. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and was G. G. to 18 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you may send your donation to SEAS religious education for new materials for the school.
